Ryan is a tech-savvy agent who has been a multi-million dollar producer in the Bluffton area Real Estate Market for several years and was a member of one of Realtor Magazine's "Top 100" Sales Teams in the United States. Ryan Bassett has been a resident of the Lowcountry since 1985 and has extensive knowledge of the local market. Ryan is a 1992 graduate of the Hilton Head Christian Academy and a 1997 graduate of the University of Central Florida with degrees in Political Science and Legal Studies. He has been a full-time real estate agent with Charter One Realty for more than 20 years. Charter One Realty is the top Company in the Bluffton and Hilton Head area, selling close to $1.6 Billion worth of Lowcountry real estate in 2022.

He currently lives on Hilton Head with his wife, Caris, and their 4 children and has also owned a number of rental/investment properties in Bluffton, Hilton Head, Savannah, and other areas. Ryan is active on community boards, currently serving on various Town and neighborhood Boards, is a past Board Member and Vice President of the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors®, and is a repeat recipient of the Realtor® Service Award.
